POOL RULES & REGULATIONS

Pool Rules

1. No running on pool deck or in the locker rooms.
2. No horseplay.
3. No diving in the shallow end.
4. No swimming in dive tank during diving.
5. Use of masks, fins and inflatable swimming aids must be cleared with the supervisor. Glass masks and snorkels are never allowed. Usage of the pool equipment is at the discretion of the pool supervisor.
6. No playing on or around the starting blocks.
7. Children six or under must be accompanied in the water by an adult. 
8. No hanging on or swimming over the lane lines.
9. No food, drink, gum, or tobacco allowed on the pool deck. No glass containers.
10. Bathing apparel only - cut-off jeans or T-shirts.
11. You must take a shower before entering the water.
12. Changing clothes is only allowed in locker room.
13. No persons having skin lesions, sores, or inflamed eyes, mouth, nose, or ear discharges, or carrying communicable disease shall use the pool.
14. First Aid equipment can only be used by authorized personal.
15. No pets allowed in pool facility.
16. No parking, drop off, or pickup in emergency lane.
17. The supervisor and/or lifeguard(s) will be in charge at all times.
18. Do not distract, or interfere with the lifeguard's duties.
19. Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not allowed in the pool building.

Diving Rules

1. Diving or jumping from side of diving area is only allowed under supervision.
2. One person on the diving board at one time.
3. Only one bounce on the board.
4. Go straight off the board and move away quickly.
5. Swim to far side of pool after going off diving board, and immediately get out.
6. Patrons who wish to enter deep water must demonstrate their ability to swim.
7. Do not hang on diving board.
8. Non-swimmers may not use the board.
9. Front dives only off the diving board, other dives only under supervision of a coach.
